feeling the burn
i am actually staring to see a difference in my body. thank god its been a hard road to get this far. i have been pushing myself through each workout and avoiding snacking and breads. but seeing b=my body in the mirror isnt so heart renching now. lol. my clothes are looser and i am stronger. the noticable difference came just in time since i was loosing my motivation. i felt like i was working so hard and seeing nothing but over the past 2 weeks i have really buckled down and seeing huge transformations. keep working hard mamas and share your thoughts and struggles. kellee

its wednesday and friday is weigh in. i hope you all have been busting your asses and eating like birds to drop those 4 lbs for the 2 week challenge. i know i have. lets stay motivated and strong mamas.
